Projekti “Përfshirja dixhitale për OSHC – të dhe Angazhimin e Qytetarëve në Bashkëpunimin Rajonal (DIGI-CORE)”.
Jemi në Aktiviteti 8.3: “Bashkëpunim me OJF-të dhe institucionet për të hartuar reforma ose nisma të mundshme politike të bazuara në takimet e avokimit”.
Me pjesëmarrjen e OJF-ve, përfaqësuesve nga Bashkia Fushë-Arrëz, institucionet publike dhe komuniteti lokal etj, u zhvillua një diskutim i hapur mbi sfidat dhe mundësitë për përmirësimin e qeverisjes dhe procesit të digjitalizimit.
Qëllimi i aktivitetit ishte të forcojë dialogun mes aktorëve lokalë dhe të nxisë propozime konkrete për politika më transparente dhe gjithëpërfshirëse. Të gjitha këto propozime të dala nga ky takim do përmblidhen në një draft të përbashket me ato të Kosoves dhe Maqedonisë së Veriut dhe do publikohet drafti i gjetjeve.Granti zbatohet me mbështetjen e projektit rajonal “SMART Balkans – Shoqëria Civile për Vlera të Përbashkëta në Ballkanin Perëndimor” i zbatuar nga Centar za promociju civilnog društva (CPCD) në partneritet me Instituti për Demokraci dhe Ndërmjetësim (IDM) dhe Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) dhe i mbështetur financiarisht nga Ministria e Punëve të Jashtme të Norvegjisë (NMFA).

Project “Digital Inclusion for CSOs and Citizen Engagement in Regional Cooperation (DIGI-CORE)”.
We are in Activity 8.3: “Collaboration with NGOs and institutions to draft possible policy reforms or initiatives based on advocacy meetings”.
With the participation of NGOs, representatives from the Municipality of Fushë-Arrëz, public institutions and the local community, etc., an open discussion was held on the challenges and opportunities for improving governance and the digitalization process.
The aim of the activity was to strengthen the dialogue between local actors and to encourage concrete proposals for more transparent and inclusive policies. All these proposals emerging from this meeting will be summarized in a joint draft with those of Kosovo and North Macedonia and the draft findings will be published.The grant is implemented with the support of the regional project “SMART Balkans – Civil Society for Shared Values in the Western Balkans” implemented by the Center for the Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD) in partnership with the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) and the Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) and financially supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA).
